Generally a deed of donation is less costly re taxes. But take note there may be other legal issues, e.g. donation can be questioned later on by the heirs of the donor.

5000 and every 30th of the month. but until now I have not yet
received PHP20,000 and thePHP 5000 monthly is not followed the agreed date that is the reason many say.PHP 20,000 initial first installment telling her that she paid with BRGY.Chairman ALFONSO. but I have not yet received. The two of them complained because I clearly evident in this scenario they deceived me. .

My mother who has five siblings are the heirs of a land owned by their father. The land is still untitled and there is no plan yet to partition the said land. My aunt who is the sister of my mother is not interested anymore in her share and is willing to give the same to my mother. Will the letter of my aunt give an assurance that my mother will get her share in case the siblings will decide to have the land titled and be divided among themselves?
