Kailan po ba nagsimula ang pag-require ng BIR ng Certificate of No Improvement na manggagaling sa Assessor? Meron akong pinakomcompute na donor’s tax sa BIR, ang dokumento ay nuon pang 1977 ginawa. Kumuha ako ng court certified na dokumento, certified copies of tax declarations at birth certificate ng donee. Bukod dito, ay pinakukuha pa ako ng certificate of no improvement nuong panahon ng donation. Tama lang po ba ang kanilang paghingi? Nuon po bang 1977, required na ang certificate of no improvement? Ano po bang provision ng batas, upang ipagpilitan ko sa Assessor, na dapat silang mag-issue ng certificate, na ang sini-certify ay ang kalagayan/state ng pag-aari ng panahong ito ay ipinagkaloob?
