I just wanna ask my father died last month. His length of service as an OIC to his security agency was almost 16 years. They gave us a Death insurance for my father.

Now, my question is , when he died wala daw syang makukuha sa company na length of service.
Only Death Insurance lang ang mabibigay nila.
pero Length of service wala.
possible po ba talaga na walang length of service na makukuha sa isang security agency?
