DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRASNFER OF RIGHTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This deed is made, executed and entered into by:
_________________, of legal age, single/married to _________________/widow/widower, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at _________________, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR,
-AND-
_________________, of legal age, single/married to _________________/widow/widower, Filipino and with residence and postal address at _________________, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is the owner of (describe property – could be shares of stock);
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to to assign all his rights, title and interest over the above property, and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment in accordance with the terms herein set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the sum of _________________ PESOS (P _________________), PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, which the ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to have received from the ASSIGNEE, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers and conveys unto the ASSIGNEE, all his rights, title and interest to the aforementioned property and the ASSIGNEE by these presents hereby accepts the assignment.

pwde p b ang deed of assignment sa case na ito.the first party has won a bid to purchase a lot,and has given dowmpayment for this property to the owner.can the first party sell this property to a second party and make deed of assignment in favor of a second party since the tile is not yet transferred to the frst party from the owner?
can a husband validly transfer his interest in the conjugal property to his wife by simply executing a deed of assignment? will this not contravene existing laws prohibiting selling of property between spouses? Please enlighten me in this. thanks a lot. i

I would like to know if a signed letter from a sister that she is giving a piece of land to a sister is enough evidence or it should be notarized? Usually Notary public will sign it and stamped for a period of one year only. can it still be valid after a year?
