what isnew civil act 1408- unforceable contract cannot be assailed by 3rd person. What’sthe meaning of this?
This is very confusing – the “Gabaldon Act” of 1907, which set up the fund for school building, is commonly know all over the web as Republic Act 1801. Well, it’s not a Republic Act. According to this page, it is a Public Act. However number 1801 is not online! What next?
It is indeed Public Act (or simply Act) No. 1801. We currently do not have the complete text of this, but some documents which we have (not yet online) refer to it as the first act to specify standards for school buildings.
when will there be an update to this very helpful resources?
We have still a couple of acts in scanned images format. If you have an act you would like to prioritize, comment here, we will try to upload that first.
