R.A. No. 7534, AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE INTEGRATED PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE – ROXAS MEMORIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL IN ROXAS CITY, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, FROM ITS PRESENT SEVENTY-FIVE BEDS TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7534
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE INTEGRATED PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE – ROXAS MEMORIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL IN ROXAS CITY, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, FROM ITS PRESENT SEVENTY-FIVE BEDS TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1. The bed capacity of the Integrated Provincial Health Office – Roxas Memorial General Hospital in Roxas City Province of Capiz, is hereby increased from seventy-five to one hundred fifty beds under the supervision of the Department of Health.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law thereafter.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
