R.A. No. 924, Standardizing the Salaries of Judges of Chartered Cities

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 924
AN ACT STANDARDIZING THE SALARIES OF JUDGES OF CHARTERED CITIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Section 1. The annual salary of each of the judges of the municipal courts of the chartered cities shall be the following:

(a) Of the City of Manila, nine thousand pesos;

(b) Of all other cities, the salary fixed for each of the judges of municipal courts by Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred and forty or by ppra843|Republic Act Numbered Eight hundred and forty-three]], whichever is higher.

Section 2. The municipal judges shall be entitled to thirty days vacation leave with pay for each year of service.

Section 3. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 4. This Act shall effect upon its approval.
